Chuba Hubbard Highlights

Oklahoma State RB Chuba Hubbard

Hubbard is the only one returning to school while the other 3 are off to the NFL. As of right now, Hubbard & Clemson’s Travis Etienne are viewed as the top running backs for the 2021 NFL Draft class.

Javonte Williams Highlights

North Carolina RB Javonte Williams
Junior 5’10 220 lbs

North Carolina RB Javonte Williams had a record-breaking 2020 season despite splitting carries with another NFL prospect in Michael Carter. Williams rushed for 1,140 yards & 19 total TDs. Williams is built like a tank. He’s a strong back who is still shifty and quick, which he showed many times like his “beast mode” run against Miami.

Kenneth Gainwell Highlights

Memphis RB Kenneth Gainwell
Sophomore 5’11 191 lbs

From Alabama RB Najee Harris to Clemson’s Travis Etienne and UNC’s JaVonte Williams, the 2021 NFL Draft has some really good running backs. A player people have forgotten about is Memphis RB Kenneth Gainwell, who opted out of the 2020 season. As a redshirt Freshman in 2019, Gainwell had one of the best seasons all-purpose wise. He rushed for 1,459 yards & had 610 yards receiving with 16 TDs. He had over 2,000 yards total.

Gainwell is a dual-threat playmaker who is nasty with the ball in his hands. He makes people miss with ease. He is the perfect back for today’s NFL.

Khalil Herbert Highlights

Virginia Tech RB Khalil Herbert
Senior 5’9 212 lbs

Khalil Herbert had a flashy run at Kansas before bursting onto the scene in a breakout campaign at Virginia Tech in 2020. In 11 games in 2020, Herbert logged 165 touches from scrimmage, tallying 1,362 yards with nine touchdowns. Herbert is a disciplined runner that plays within himself, has good vision, takes excellent angles, has good contact balance, and is a smooth operator.

Michael Carter Highlights

North Carolina RB Michael Carter
Senior 5’8 199 lbs

North Carolina had one of the coldest RB duos in the country with Javonte Williams & Michael Carter. Both are expected to be drafted within the first couple rounds of the 2021 NFL Draft. Carter is the smaller back, but very quick & shifty. That doesn’t mean he’s not strong. He runs much bigger than he is. He’s a dual-threat playmaker from the backfield.

Najee Harris Highlights

Alabama RB Najee Harris
Senior 6’2 230 lbs

During his recruitment, Alabama RB Najee Harris was viewed as the LeBron James of high school football. He was already built like a grown man at a young age. He was clearly too good for his competition.

It took some time, but it’s clear that Najee Harris is ready for the NFL. He dominated college defenses all season & could be the only RB drafted in the 1st round. While his teammate DeVonta Smith was deserving of the Heisman, Harris deserved to at least be named a finalist.

Harris is a strong tough runner who has proven that he can be effective in the pass game, which is valuable in today’s football.

Travis Etienne Highlights

Clemson RB Travis Etienne
Senior 5’10 205 lbs

Clemson RB Travis Etienne is a true home run hitter. He’s the type of player who will take one cut & then take it to the house. Trevor Lawrence gets most of the attention on offense, but Etienne was just as valuable, if not more. Last season was viewed as a “down” year even though he had an above average year, but just didn’t match how well he did in previous years. He finished his career as the ACC’s all-time leader in rushing yards.

Is Merrick Garland letting Trump’s people off the hook?

Trump critics’ anxiety over Attorney General Merrick Garland is mounting.

The former federal judge has promised to restore the independence of the Justice Department after years of Trump-related controversies. But a narrative has formed that Garland is too set on moving forward, and not focused enough on bringing wrongdoers associated with the Trump administration to justice.

For instance, Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin switched from praising Garland in May for putting “justice” back in the Justice Department to declaring him in June the “wrong man for the job.” Many in the liberal legal community have made similar critiques, as have government ethics advocates.

Davis, M. – Atl (RB)

2021 fantasy player outlook for Mike Davis, RB, Atlanta Falcons (6/23) Advice: Mike Davis has flashed at times in his career with both the 49ers and Bears, but it wasn’t until joining Joe Brady’s Panthers offense that we saw his true talent shine. What makes Davis a strong Fantasy asset is his ability to impact the game both as a runner after contact and as a receiving option. He joins an Atlanta offense loaded with talent across the board, and the Falcons didn’t draft a running back. With a workload similar to the one he took on in 2020 in Christian McCaffrey’s offense, Davis can be an RB1 in 2021, and he’s slam dunk value at his current ADP. Even if unexpected RBs eat into his workload, the offense is likely to be productive enough for Davis to return plus value on his ADP. (CBSSports.com)

Barkley, S. – NYG (RB)

2021 fantasy player outlook for Saquon Barkley, RB, New York Giants (6/23) Advice: Saquon Barkley is expected to be fine coming off last year’s torn ACL, and he should be ready for training camp. If he’s healthy as expected then Barkley should once again be considered a first-round draft pick in all Fantasy leagues, and he will likely be selected in the first five overall picks. Last year was a disaster for Barkley, who appeared in just two games and suffered a torn ACL in Week 2. However, he should return in time for training camp, and he still has the potential to be the No. 1 RB in all Fantasy leagues in 2021. Remember, prior to 2020 Barkley scored at least 20 PPR points in 16 of his first 29 games and failed to score at least 13 PPR points just five times over that span. He should remain the focal point of the Giants offense, and hopefully he’s healthy for all 17 games this year. (CBSSports.com)

Stealing Arizona for Trump Is Costing Shadowy Groups Millions of Dollars

After months of confusion, wild conspiracy theories, and court battles to keep the funders of the bogus audit in Maricopa County private, some details have finally been revealed.

On Thursday morning, Doug Logan, the CEO of Cyber Ninjas, the Florida company with no prior election audit experience that’s running the recount, issued a press release listing the donors who’ve collectively have coughed up a massive $5.7 million to fund this charade.

Harry, N. – NE (WR)

2021 fantasy player outlook for N’Keal Harry, WR, New England Patriots (6/23) Advice: N’Keal Harry will likely be the No. 4 receiver in New England this year at best, and he’s not worth drafting in most Fantasy leagues. The Patriots added Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne this offseason, and along with Jakobi Meyers, all of them could be ahead of Harry on the depth chart. Since being selected in the first round of the NFL Draft in 2019, Harry has been a bust, and things aren’t likely to change for him in New England, which should remain a low-volume passing attack. Hopefully, Harry proves us wrong and could become a waiver-wire addition during the season, but we need to see it first over a solid stretch of games. (CBSSports.com)
