  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Earl Grey Sweet vermouth
  • Grapefruit zest garnish

How to make the Earl Grey Vermouth

In a seal tight container, place 4 teaspoon of Earl Grey tea Pour over 8 oz Sweet vermouth Close the lid Infuse for 2-3 hours Strain and keep in the fridge.

  • 1 oz Gentian infused Italicus
  • 2/3 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1/3 oz Bianco Vermouth
  • Grapefruit zest garnish

*How to make the gentian Italicus

In a seal tight container, add 2 gr of Gentian to 6 oz of Italicus. Close the lid and infuse for 2 hours Strain and bottle up. Keep at room temperature indefinitely.

  • 2 Dashes Orange blossom water
  • Top with Dry sparkling wine
