Rep. Matt Gaetz to headline pro-Trump women’s gala amid sex trafficking probe scandal

Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz is expected to speak at a “Women for America First” gala in the Sunshine State this Friday as he remains under fire over allegations that he paid for sex with an underage girl.
Gaetz, who vehemently denies the shocking allegations, will be the keynote speaker at the “Save America Summit,” which will take place at former President Donald Trump’s golf club in Doral this week, the Women for America First group said Tuesday.

Peoples-Jones, D. – Cle (WR)

2021 fantasy player outlook for Donovan Peoples-Jones, WR, Cleveland Browns (6/23) Advice: Donovan Peoples-Jones remains a stash in Dynasty leagues, but you can avoid him in redraft leagues until he earns more playing time. The former sixth-round pick could have value in return yardage leagues if he’s able to nail down the kick and punt return duties. (

Toa Luau

Over the years I have been to Luau’s at the big resorts, at the Polynesian Cultural Center, and at smaller venues. This one was by far the best! The family feeling with the quality and high energy show made it fun for our whole family which ranged from our three adult children to their three little ones. The four year old was engaged the whole time! Even with COVID regulations and masks it did not dampen the fun. Please don’t hesitate to go to this Luau. You won’t be disappointed.

Ja’Marr Chase Highlights

Broncos 1st round pick Jerry Jeudy entered the 2019 as the No. 1 ranked receiver, but LSU WR Ja’Marr Chase finished the season on top. Literally. He led the nation in almost every receiving category on his way to winning the Biletnikoff Award & a National Championship. It helps to have the Heisman winner & 1st overall pick Joe Burrow, but Chase’s talent could translate no matter who the QB is. That’s why next season will be interesting. LSU is losing a lot of talent in Burrow, Justin Jefferson, Clyde Edwards-Helaire along with multiple offensive lineman. Myles Brennan is set to take over at QB, so we’ll see if him and Chase can put up big numbers. Jefferson was drafted in the 1st round by the Minnesota Vikings, but Chase might be drafted higher next year. He’s said to be LSU’s best wide receiver prospect since Odell Beckham Jr.

Bipartisan group reaches agreement on $1.2 trillion “hard” infrastructure bill

After weeks of long nights and endless Zoom calls, a bipartisan group of senators finally reached a deal on “the major issues” in their $1.2 trillion “hard” infrastructure package, GOP senators involved in the talks announced Wednesday.

Why it matters: It could be days before the group finishes writing the bill, but the Senate can begin debating the legislation in earnest now that they have resolved the outstanding issues. The bill needs 60 votes to advance in the Senate.

Teacher Framed by Joel Greenberg in Scheme That Triggered Matt Gaetz Investigation Speaks

Brian Beute had been a teacher for almost two and half decades when he got the idea in his head to run for local office. A week after Beute filed his paperwork to run for tax collector of Seminole County, Florida, the school where he’d worked for 17 years received an anonymous letter falsely accusing him of an improper relationship with a student. Soon, sock-puppet accounts appeared online parroting the same lie. Beute went on administrative leave, and two weeks later, an investigation by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department cleared his name.
Beute went back to work, and kept campaigning. It would take almost eight months before local police, and later federal investigators, would unravel the scheme and ultimately arrest the man responsible for spreading those lies: Joel Greenberg, the Seminole County tax collector Beute sought to unseat. In addition to attempting to smear Beute as a pervert and a racist, Greenberg was later accused of a host of other crimes — 33 in total — including using drivers licenses confiscated by his office, embezzling and diverting nearly half a million taxpayer dollars to purchase cryptocurrency and sports memorabilia, and defrauding a Covid relief program. It was many months before Beute realized the investigation that started with Greenberg’s false accusations against him would ultimately threaten to take down a sitting congressman and one of former President Trump’s closest allies on Capitol Hill, Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz.

How to Make Hash – Cannabis Craftsmanship

How is hash made? Have you ever wondered how the hash you find on dispensary shelves is made or wanted to make it yourself? Recently we visited Sugarleaf Farm in Skagit County, Washington to find out how they make their pressed hash.

Mark Brinn, owner of Sugarleaf Farm and Funky Skunk Extracts, walked us through the steps he takes when concentrating cannabis into pressed bricks of hash. Using a modern take on traditional hash-making techniques, Mark creates a concentrate through a process that is entirely mechanical and does not use butane or any other solvents to extract the cannabinoids and terpenes from the cannabis plant.

Mari’s Gardens

We LOVE visiting Mari’s Garden on the weekends. This place is such a gem! It is definitely a popular spot and can get pretty crowded. We like to come during the morning when it’s not too hot yet. They have a small parking lot but you can also just park on the side of the road leading to Mari’s.

Arizona ER Doctor Visibly Stunned By Video Of Trump Rally: ‘Dangerous And Stupid’

An emergency room doctor described the behavior of the people who attended a crowded, indoor rally for former President Donald Trump as extremely dangerous and stupid amid soaring COVID-19 case rates in the area.
“If you make a dumb decision about your own health, on one level you could say, ‘Well, it’s your life,’” said Dr. Murtaza Akhter, who works on the COVID-19 frontline with Valleywise Health in Phoenix. “But when it’s infectious disease that’s this contagious and affects so many people, you’re not just affecting yourself, you’re affecting everybody around you.”
