- 160G Kosher Salt
- 200G Brown Sugar
- 30G Pink Salt
- 1 Cinamon Stick
- 2 Star Anise
- 10G Mustard Seed
- 5-10 Garlic Cloves
- 5G Coriander
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1G Allspice
- 5G Red Pepper Flakes
Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce
- 1 C Vegetable Oil
- 1 C Honey
- 1 C Mustard
- 1 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 C Worchestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 1Tbsp Chili Powder
