He walks you through his homemade honey cumin salad dressing before grilling the shrimp and putting it all together. As a bonus, Marc’s got some tips on how to cut an avocado properly! RECIPE
Sriracha Cumin Marinade:
5 tbsp avocado/olive oil
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper
Honey Cumin Salad Dressing:
1/4 cup avocado/olive oil
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
juice from 1/2 lemon
salt & pepper
Combine all your desired veggies. In this video Marc used:
romaine lettuce
red onion
cherry tomatoes
avocado
Make sure to chill your dressing if you prefer it that way. Marinade your shrimp before grilling. Remove the tail from your shrimp after cooking. Combine all ingredients and voila!
