How To Make A Beautiful Gin Gin Mule Cocktail Recipe

GIN GIN MULE

1.5 oz/45 ml Empress 1908 Gin
1 oz/30 ml Simple Syrup
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice
1-2 oz/30-60 ml Ginger Beer
6-8 Mint Leaves

Method

1. Add the mint leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice to the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10 seconds.
3. Double strain into a rocks glass 3/4 filled with crush ice.
4. Add ginger beer on top leaving enough rook for the gin.
5. Float the Empress 1908 gin on top.
6. Garnish with some mint.
