How To Make The Blue Reef Cocktail Recipe | Booze On The Rocks
Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make the Blue Reef cocktail. Created by Jeff beach Bum Berry, the recipe is in the Grog Log cocktail book. This Tiki-style cocktail ticks all the right boxes, sweet, tart, and blue boxes. Exactly what you want in a tropical cocktail. Try it out, and let me know what you think.
Blue Reef Cocktail Recipe
BLUE REEF
- 2 oz/60 ml White Rum
- 1.5 oz/45 ml Blue Curacao
- .5 oz/15 ml Galliano
- 1.5 oz/45 ml Lime Juice
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with crushed ice for 10 seconds.
3. Fill a glass half full of crushed ice.
4. Free pour the contents into the class.
5. Top with crushed ice.
6. Garnish with a lime husk.
