Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make the Sex Under The Sun cocktail recipe. This cocktail has a split base between two different rums. In this case, it is Dark and light rum in equal measures, mirrored by orange juice and pineapple juice. The grenadine adds sweetness and an attractive color. Sex Under The Sun Cocktail Recipe
SEX UNDER THE SUN
- 1 oz/30 ml Dark Rum
- 1 oz/30 ml White Rum
- 1 oz/30 ml Orange Juice
- 1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice
- .3 oz/10 ml Grenadine
Method
1. Pour the all the ingredients into the shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
