- 2-3 lbs Oxtail
- 2 packages of ramen (just the noodles)
- 1 tbsp White and Red Miso Paste
- 2 eggs (6 minute boil)
- 1 tbsp better than bouillon beef base
- 1 onin
- 3 sprigs green onion
- Fresh garlic
- 2-4 cups of beef broth (to cover the oxtail in pressure cooker) bean sprouts for garnish diced chives
- 3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsps rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 1-2 tsps worcestershire sauce
- AP Seasoning (or salt and pepper)
- 2 cups beef broth
Marinade oxtail for 2-24 hours. Sear and then place in the pressure cooker. Add the marinade to the skillet and bring to a boil with miso paste, beef base, etc. Pour this over the oxtail and pressure cook them for 55 minutes.
