Cardinals seven-round mock draft 4.0

We are just a few weeks away from the 2021 NFL Draft, and the Cardinals are continuing to slowly make depth moves, including bringing in Colt McCoy as the backup for Kyler Murray.. It will be interesting to see if the Cardinals trade out of either of their first two picks, especially because after their second-round pick, they don’t pick until the fifth round. However, if they decide to stay put, they can still get some nice valued picks where they are.

Here is the fourth edition of the Cardinals’ 2021 seven-round NFL mock draft.

EPA UPDATES PLAN TO LIMIT SCIENCE USED IN ENVIRONMENTAL RULES

The Trump administration has formally revised a proposal that would significantly restrict the type of research that can be used to draft environmental and public health regulations, a measure that experts say amounts to one of the government’s most far-reaching restrictions on science.

Engram, E. – NYG (TE)

2021 fantasy player outlook for Evan Engram, TE, New York Giants (6/23) Advice: Evan Engram struggled in 2020, and now he could be fighting for his starting job this season with the addition of Kyle Rudolph in New York. Engram is only worth drafting with a late-round pick in deeper leagues. While Engram is definitely the most talented tight end for the Giants — and among the most talented tight ends in the NFL — he struggled with drops and poor play in 2020. It left him with minimal Fantasy production, and he scored at least 10 PPR points just six times. We doubt Rudolph will play ahead of Engram to start the season, but there could be a change in playing time during the year. And the Giants don’t need to rely on Engram as much with the addition of Kenny Golladay and Kadarius Toney as well, along with Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton and Saquon Barkley still on the field. Hopefully, Engram surprises us in 2021 and can remain a must-start Fantasy tight end, but he has a lot to prove after disappointing us in 2020. (CBSSports.com)

Disturbing new details in alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer

There is new and disturbing information in the alleged militia plot against the governor of Michigan.

The 14 men charged had far more violent plans than just a kidnapping, according to federal and state authorities.

New filings claim there was a Plan B the militiamen had drawn up, that involved a takeover of the Michigan capitol building by 200 combatants who would stage a week-long series of televised executions of public officials.

And, according to government documents now on file in lower Michigan court, there was also a Plan C — burning down the state house, leaving no survivors.

Why the Packers traded up to get WR Amari Rodgers

To say the Packers were happy to get him would probably be an understatement. The team thinks Rodgers can be an impact player for the Packers – on offense and special teams – right away.

“His pedigree, his performance in college at a big-time stage were things that comforted us and feeling like he could step in and be a productive player for us early in his career,” Gutekunst said.

Gutekunst and his staff were enamored with Rodgers’ fit in the Matt LaFleur offense. He said the Packers have been looking for this type of player – a dynamic playmaker in the slot – for at least the last two years.

Ballot ‘Curing’ in Pennsylvania

Counties in Pennsylvania employed inconsistent policies when it came to “curing” ballots — notifying voters of an error in their mail-in ballot so they could fix it. But contrary to claims by the Trump campaign, that inconsistency didn’t fall strictly along party lines.

The Bachelorette: Why Blake Moynes Preferred Dating Tayshia Over Clare

The Bachelorette 2020 was a season like no other. First, the season got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Secondly, once the season began, filming was seriously altered to comply with safety guidelines to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. To top it all off, leading lady Clare Crawley fell in love with Dale Moss only weeks into the season, paving the way for a second lead: Tayshia Adams. It was a lot.

Day 15 of #Squattergate is upon us, Trump is still hunkered down in the White House & firing everybody in his path, the thinktank in Trumpland is empty as his White House staff peddles nonsense, Trump is reportedly worried that President-Elect Joe Biden will get all the credit for the COVID vaccine, a supermarket chain’s poor choice of words in an ad, and Jimmy interviews Mike Tyson about his big return to boxing.

Jaylen Waddle Draft Scout

Jaylen Waddle’s labored trot on and off the field was obvious to everyone in Hard Rock Stadium on Monday night. Also evident was the junior wide receiver’s desire to play in a national championship game less than three months after fracturing his ankle. Waddle caught three passes for 34 yards in Alabama’s 52-24 win over Ohio State, playing a limited role for an offense that did not need its most explosive playmaker but welcomed his presence on the biggest stage of the season. “I have a lot of respect for Jaylen Waddle, his mental toughness and his ability to be able to come back,” coach Nick Saban said Tuesday.
Waddle had not played since Oct. 24 but returned to practice last week. He went through about a 25-minute pregame warmup before giving coaches the go-ahead that he would play. That put into motion a plan that saw Waddle not start the game but enter late on the first drive of the game. On his first play, Waddle caught a pass over the middle from quarterback Mac Jones and turned downfield for a 15-yard gain. “We just had a limited plan for him,” Saban said. “We really had, like, plays that he could run where he could run in a straight line and didn’t have to do a lot of cutting, didn’t have to do a lot of route running and changing direction, doing some of the things he’s so good at, which is going in motion, running bubbles, orbits, all that kind of stuff. – Birmingham News

Georgia secretary of state and wife receive death threats amid election recount

Georgia’s secretary of state has reportedly received death threats along with his wife as the state conducts a recount of the presidential election, amid pressure from his fellow Republicans to find ways to exclude ballots.

Brad Raffensperger’s wife was sent several threatening text messages after he announced the state would conduct a hand recount of the presidential race, as President Donald Trump and some Georgia Republicans promoted unfounded claims of voting irregularities and mismanagement.

One message sent to Mr Raffensperger’s wife read: “Your husband deserves to face a firing squad.”
