The defamation trial against Fox News concluded before it even began. Dominion Voting Systems sued the right-wing network for knowingly broadcast lies that its voting machines were used to steal the 2020 presidential election. Social Media Claims Misrepresent Election Software CEO’s Arrest

The arrest of a CEO whose company maintained poll worker data for Los Angeles County has sparked a wave of false voter fraud claims. County District Attorney George GascΓ³n has said that the β€œalleged conduct had no impact on the tabulation of votes and did not alter election results.”
