Donald Trump received at least $7.8 million in payments from foreign governments, during two of his four years in the White House, according to a new House report. MSNBC’s Ari Melber reports on the findings, and wider significance of legal bans on foreign payments, as foreign forces try to use money to corrupt politicians in both parties.
